Welcome to my site! My name is M.C. (That’s short for Mary Carolyn, but no one wants to have to say the whole name.) I am a wife, mother of 3, dog mom, southerner, and theater kid who loves Jesus and loves making people laugh. I have been a student of the Bible and of theater for over 30 years. I’ve spent the last few years creating a library of plays that retell the books of the bible with love, humor, and fast-paced silliness, as well as fun children’s shows with good messages. My library of almost 70 plays has something for every budget and cast size!

More about me: Mary Carolyn “MC” Conti graduated from Northside School of Performing Arts in Atlanta and went on to receive her BA in Theatre Arts from Fordham University in New York City.  She worked in numerous Broadway and off-Broadway houses during her time in New York and had the amazing opportunity to study under Tony Award-winning Director Michael Mayer. Before having kids, she worked all over the Atlanta
theatre scene and received 2 MAT Nominations for Best Director of a Musical. Once her 3 children showed up, her attention turned towards children’s theatre, and there she discovered a love of passing theatre on to the next generation. She got really good at writing things the kids loved to perform, and the parents loved to watch. Many times, she was told, “Your shows are my favorite to watch!” When not writing, directing, or teaching, she can be found ON the stage. Some of her favorite roles include “Mary Poppins” in Mary Poppins, “Belle in Beauty and the Beast, “Annie Oakley” in Annie Get Your Gun, “Alice” in You Can’t Take it With You, “Sister Hubert” in Nunsense, “Truly Scrumptious” in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang (pictured below – with her kids who were also in the show) and “Lucy” in You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown.
